We require full disclosure of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) (UBO) of the company. This helps us comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and ensures transparency regarding who controls or benefits from the business.
You must provide detailed information about the mine or location where the gold was originally sourced, including any available documentation. This ensures traceability and compliance with responsible sourcing practices, especially in high-risk regions.
If available, submit technical assay reports or certificates of analysis that verify the gold content, purity, and composition of the dore or refined gold being supplied. These help align expectations before final Dubai-based assays are conducted.
For gold sourced from regions classified as high-risk or conflict-affected, we require official documentation certifying that the gold is conflict-free, in accordance with OECD Due Diligence Guidance and other international best practices.
We facilitate both the purchase and sale of physical gold through a transparent, secure, and fully documented process.

We work only with refineries that accept third-party dore and maintain the highest industry standards for transparency and compliance.
The gold is transported to Dubai under Cost, Insurance & Freight (CIF) terms, ensuring full coverage and tracking from origin to arrival..
Upon arrival, the gold is delivered straight to a DMCC-approved refinery (such as IPMR or Gulf Gold), maintaining a secure and documented chain of custody.
The refinery conducts an independent assay to verify the gold’s purity, which must be within a ±0.5% tolerance of the submitted origin report. This ensures accuracy and fairness for all parties.
If the gold is in dore form, it is then refined to the internationally recognized 99.99% purity standard, ready for market resale or investment-grade use.
Once the refining and testing are complete, a final refinery report is issued. Upon verification, payment is promptly released to the seller based on agreed commercial terms.
